Bets voided under this provision will have the stake refunded to the player's account.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game result, the decision of 77ad's designated dispute resolution team shall be final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body as described in Section 13 of these Terms.

77ad does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or external factors may cause temporary unavailability. 77ad will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
Players may close their 77ad account at any time by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
77ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
